We stand behind DuoVeda and want you to feel confident in trying it. If you’re not satisfied with your order for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

How to Start a Return

• To begin, please email us at support@duoveda.com with your order number and a brief explanation of your experience.
• Our team will review your request and provide next steps for your refund. We do not require you to return opened products unless otherwise requested.
• Refunds are limited to one refund per household/address on file.
• Refunds will be processed back to your original form of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card provider to finalize the transaction.
